Dr. Daniel Ogunyemi has spent his life at the intersection of people, purpose, and identity. Growing up shaped by faith, community, and a deep curiosity about what makes people who they are, Daniel has built a career and calling around helping others answer that same question.
A Speaker, Consultant, Coach, and Leader, Daniel brings a rare combination of academic depth and genuine human warmth to everything he does. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology with research focused on identity and inclusive leadership; and his work is further informed by graduate training in clinical mental health counseling – a foundation that shapes how he listens, connects, and shows up for the people he serves. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Consulting Psychologist, Daniel helps individuals discover their strengths, teams find their rhythm, and organizations build cultures that actually reflect who they are.
Daniel is also an ordained minister, a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, and a musician. He is the host of Manhood & Manicures, a podcast built around honest conversations about identity, purpose, and what it means to show up fully as a man in today's world. He serves his community through board roles and works as an educator and academic administrator.
Most importantly, Daniel is a husband, father, son, little brother, uncle, and friend.
